How Do I Measure My Window?
This is most important you measure correctly,as the blinds are cut down to your measurements. When you email or phone your measurements we will email you a conformation of your size to check. Please see Fitting & Measuring.
How Long Will It Be Before My Blinds Are Delivered?
All blinds are delivered from our distribution centre. The time quoted for delivery is from the working day the order is placed and is usually 7-10 working days.
What If I Am Out When The Blinds Are Delivered?
The courier “TNT” should leave a card stating the time/date delivery was attempted. The courier will return the blinds to your nearest depot. The card will have the depot and order details on it so you will be able to contact them direct to re-arrange delivery.
Can I Have My Blinds Delivered To A Different Address i.e Work Place?
Yes. When you place your blind order you can have your blinds delivered to your work place, friend or neighbour. Please note we do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers / Address.
Can I Use My Venetian Blinds In A Kitchen Or Bathroom?
Our Wood Venetian blinds are quite warp-resistant and are unlikely to warp in a kitchen. However we cannot guarantee that no warping will occur in extremely steamy environments.
Do You Supply Samples?
Yes we do and strongly recommend you take advantage of our Free Colour Samples. Due to the nature of real wood, colour may differ to the colour on your computer monitor.
Do You Provide A Installation Service?
Yes we can install your Wood Venetian in the Leicester, Nottingham, Derby and surrounding areas. Please phone or e-mail for more details.
Can I Pay By Cheque?
Yes. Just use the pay by cheque option at the checkout and send your cheque made payable To Lockharts Blinds.
What Is Your Policy On Damaged Blinds/Returns?
When taking delivery of your blinds please check the packages carefully before signing. If the contents cannot be check, please write “unchecked” on the courier’s document. It is important that the blinds are checked carefully and any damages reported to us within 3 days of receipt otherwise a claim cannot be made. Before you return any blinds please e-mail sales@web-blinds-direct.com
I Have Ordered The Wrong Size Blind/Colour.
Because it is extremely important that you are sure about the blind colour and size you require. We strongly recommend that you double check any measurements. Unfortunately we cannot refund Made To Measure Blinds, as these blinds have been made to your measurements.
